Un topper es un pequeño colchón o colchoncillo fino que puede fabricarse por diferentes tipos de espumas. Se coloca encima del colchón principal y suelen tener una altura de 4 – 9 cm. De largo/ancho tienen que coincidir exactamente con las medidas del colchón principal ya que suelen acoplarse a él mediante unas gomas elásticas.

The length and wideness has to match the main mattress and it will attached to it thanks to elastic bands.
